New menu at Höst

Juniper, pickled pine needles, winter truffle, hazelnuts, walnuts and red cabbage. At Höst we use Nordic ingredients and follow the seasons. Therefore we have put together two new menus, both of which contain autumn and winter tastes. Get dishes like:


Juniper smoked scallop

Valnøddemælk and pickled pine needles


Braised pork belly from Grambogaard

with apple puree and pork rinds


Salt Baked celery

with truffles and hazelnuts


Roasted duck breast

with baked red cabbage, cranberries, purple cabbage and smoked cheese


"Øllebrød"

with white chocolate, licorice, ymeris and rye bread
