New dishes at Restaurant Cofoco

In Abel Cathrines in Vesterbro inspired we both Nordic, Italian and French cuisine. And no matter how we look, geographically, it's been winter. At Restaurant Cofoco you can both get a 4, 5 or 6 course menu, which includes dishes like:

Ligthly baked cod

pickled Hokkaido, pumpkin purée, horseradish cream and curry oil

Mussel Soup

crab meat, apple, pickled tapioca and croutons

Roasted duck breast

cabbage, Jerusalam artichoke puré and vinaigrette of cider vinegar and brown butter

Yogurt ice cream

syrup cake, baked white chocolate ganache, buttermilk and pickled cherry

At Restaurant Cofoco it's of course also possible to choose from the á la carte menu, where you among other can select ribeye, chicken nuggets and dessert with apple sorbet.
