All menus are offered with the option of adding an extra late night snack: Hot dogs with brioche bread, chipolata sausage, homemade apple mustard, tomato chutney, pickled onions and cucumbers. The add on is available for DKK 75 per person.

Canapés

Try our beautiful canapés, a delicious choice for receptions and standing parties. We offer a fixed menu and add on options.

The menu includes 2 of each canapé per person.

Freshly baked sourdough bread with spread
Crustaceans with salted cod and chives
Small crispy puff pastry shells with veal tartare, tarragon mayo and cress
Salad of grilled asparagus, fresh potatoes and radishes with fresh cheese
Mini lemon pies with meringue

Canapés are ready-made and do not need to be heated.

The menu must be picked up at Scarpetta at Islands Brygge by appointment. We also offer to send the food by taxi at the recipient's expense.

3-Course Menu

If you want a flavourful 3-course menu for your party or event, we offer a classic menu with a starter, main course and dessert. The menu changes with the season, and is available in a vegetarian version as an add on.

In May-August the menu will consist of: 

Bread with butter

Salted scallops, white currants, pickled tomatoes, wild cherry tomatoes, tomato juice and lemon balm 

Guinea fowl thighs with compote from new potatoes, asparagus, peas and sauce on chicken and pea shoots

Mazarin cake with rhubarb, vanilla cream, crumble and rose hips

DKK 250 per person

Minimum order: 8 people

The menu is also available in a vegetarian version, and can be ordered as an addition to the normal menu, or separately when ordering a minimum of eight vegetarian menus.

The dishes come with a guide for heating and serving.

The menu is picked up at Restaurant Cofoco by appointment. We also offer to send the food by taxi at the recipient's expense.

Cofoco Classic Buffet

Try Cofoco's Classic Buffet, which includes salted salmon, veal culottes, cream potatoes and marinated cake. A feel good menu for children and adults of all ages. The menu is served on a platter and can be served together or divided as a starter, main course and dessert.

The Cofoco Classic Buffet consists of: 

Bread with butter 

Salted salmon with dill, horseradish and small salads

Pickled tomatoes with white currants, wild cherry tomatoes, tomato juice and lemon balm

Romaine salad with Caesar dressing, croutons, crystal cheese and fried capers

Salad of pearl barley with asparagus, peas and mint

Veal culotte with fermented pepper sauce

Cream potatoes with thyme and salted lemon

Elderflower fromage with herbal chocolate and malt crumble

The menu is also available in a vegetarian version, and can be ordered as an addition to the normal menu, or separately when ordering a minimum of eight vegetarian menus.

The dishes come with a guide for heating and serving. If you wish to receive the buffet heated this can be arranged with a additional cost of DKK 25 per person + a deposit for heating boxes (DKK 1000).

Mediterranean buffet

Our Mediterranean buffet is perfect for a festive evening, where you share at the table. The menu takes you to the Greek islands with lots of sunripened flavors on the plates. Particularly suitable for a summer party or wedding close to the sun and beach.

Mediterranean buffet May-August

Starter:

Focaccia bread with sea salt and rosemary

Mixed olives and pickled peaches

Greek salad: watermelon, tomatoes, feta, cucumber, olive oil and basil

Hummus: creamy chickpeas with black pepper, olive oil and roasted chickpeas

Baccala: salted cod stirred with mascarpone topped with pickled caper stalks

Main course:

Grilled veal culotte

Roasted small potatoes with herbs

Tzatziki

Green salad with pistachio and citrus vinaigrette

Grilled beans

Dessert:
