From April 3rd, Jah Izakaya welcomes the new season with a new menu. The music and ambiance stays the same; the unique jazzy 70's vibe, modern Japanese specialities and sake-smiles.
Springs is welcomed at Gasværksvej with smoked enoki and a sake braise.
More specifically, it's grilled Zander with smoked enoki mushrooms and ramson-sauce with ramson, spinach and dashi. And if that hasn't triggered a visit, Jah will also whip up organic Danish pork belly, braised in sake, sugar, soy and ginger.
