Unique pop up dinner with Best Chef 2017 winner Peter Yung

Thursday August 16, 2018, you can experience the young master chef Peter Yung's culinary talents when he takes over the kitchen for a unique 5-course pop-up dinner at Scarpetta Rantzausgade.

Peter Yung Worth Jacobsen won the prestigious award as Best Chef in 2017 and has since been working abroad to further develop his skills. In 2014, the young chef was part of COFOCO's sister restaurant, Llama's first team as chef of the kitchen, and it is therefore with pleasure and pride that we can invite Peter Yung to Scarpetta in August.

On august 16, the dinner consists of 5 unique dishes put together by Peter Yung and Scarpetta's head chef Anders Christoffersen. See the menu here:

Burrata with apricot, sea-buckthorn and buckwheat
Vitello Tonnato of tatar, katsuobushi and tomato
Agnolotti with Norway lobster, tomato and basil
Coniglio di piemontese on zucchini, lemon verbena and salty
Torta di more with milk chocolate and gooseberries gelato

Reservations can be made for 18.00p.m, 18.30p.m and 19.00p.m. Dinner lasts approximately 3 1/2 hours.

About Peter Yung:
Peter Yung Worth has spent most of his life in professional kitchens - and both his talent and ambitions as a chef have led him around most of the world.
Peter was originally trained from Falsled Kro and has previously served as chef in some of Denmark's best restaurants. In 2017 he was named chef of the year and subsequently worked with Mette Martinus on the performance "Feast", Madteater at the Republique.
With influence from his time in London, Italy, Russia, Denmark and most recently France, it is difficult to put one label on Peter's food. One thing is for sure - Peter cooks from the heart.
