20DKK Oyster Club returns!

Join us at Oysters & Grill as we, once again, turn up the summer vibes with oysters and bubbles galore – this time on Thursday, September 10th!

In collaboration with Fiskerikajen, we've launched 20DKK Oyster Club, where we introduce the “Oyster of the season” and serve it at the special price of 20DKK.

Each seasonal oyster is selected by Fiskerikajen through their concept, “The Oyster Wheel,” ensuring that only the very best oysters of the season make it onto your plate.

The current oyster of the season is Nakr by Legris from Archipel de Lilia in Brittany. A beautiful oyster with a deep mineral character, delicate brininess and rare complexity. Raised slowly in small parcels of water, where tide currents and mineral create its unique méroir. Enjoy it as is, with lemon and red wine vinaigrette, or with green apple, shiso and olive oil.
