20DKK Oyster Club

Join us at Oysters & Grill as we turn up the summer vibes with oysters and bubbles galore!

In collaboration with Fiskerikajen, we’re launching 20DKK Oyster Club – a recurring Thursday event every second month at Oysters & Grill, where we introduce the “Oyster of the season” and, for one evening only, serve it at the special price of 20DKK.

Each seasonal oyster is selected by Fiskerikajen through their concept, “The Oyster Wheel,” ensuring that only the very best oysters of the season make it onto your plate.

Our first Oyster Club takes place on Thursday, May 14th, featuring Perle Noire – an elegant French oyster from the Bélon River in Brittany, where fresh river water meets the salty Atlantic Ocean. This unique environment gives the oyster a delicate mineral finish with notes of hazelnut, cucumber, and umami.

Enjoy it in simplicity with lemon and red wine vinaigrette, or try our fresh serving with cucumber, green chili, and elderflower.
