We are aware that with 20 restaurants and more than 750,000 guests annually, we have an impact on our surroundings - postive and negative. That's why we work hard to reduce our negative impact - and increase our positive contribution - with the ambition to practise social, economic and environmental responsibility in everything we do.
We live in a time of great climate challenges and we believe that we all have a responsibility to influence the climate in a positive direction. At the same time, we want to be an active driving force and contribute to sustainable solutions. Therefore, we work from specific areas where we seek to ensure change that benefits everyone, through small and large scale actions.
