Another great review for Olise!

Our newest restaurant, Olise, has received yet another great review – this time from Børsen, awarding us 4 stars and kind words about the food, wine, service, and surroundings. Thank you for the visit!

We opened the doors to our modern bistro in October last year, and since then we've received silver stars in two categories at the Star Wine List 2025, as well as great reviews from both Berlingske and Politiken.
