Green and Good at Vækst

On Sankt Peders Stræde in the inner city lies Vækst. A small oasis of Nordic and green - from the beautiful hanging plants to the kitchen that focuses on quality ingredients and food that delights both eyes and stomachs. Vækst embraces the joy of vegetables, so at Vækst there are two different menus. The classic "Vækst" menu, which contains everything from meat to fish and vegetables, as well as the "Grønt" (Green) menu which is 100% vegetarian. Both menus have just been updated with the season's ingredients.
