If your summer holiday still feels far away, luckily Delphine is just around the corner. The new menu takes you on a journey to the Greek islands and Southern Italy, with fresh flavours, quality ingredients, and dishes designed for sharing.
Among the highlights are Grilled Scallops with browned butter, chives, and lemon; Greek Sliders with braised lamb, mint, and romaine lettuce; and Grilled Halibut with Tuscan kale, salted lemon, and beurre blanc.
