Olise is open – meet our new modern bistro on Vesterbro

We’re excited to finally share the news about the opening of our new restaurant, Olise – a modern, French-inspired bistro focusing on good food and a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere.

Olise is an informal and inviting space, perfect for a casual Monday night or a lively Friday Evening. The restaurant seats 65 guests and its interior is simple and warm.

The menu is focused with a few snacks, savory dishes and desserts. You’ll find both timeless classics and dishes with a modern twist. The menu is accompanied by an ambitious wine list with a wide selection of bottles at fair prices. We believe that wine are meant to be enjoyed – not just stored away.
