Winemaker's Dinner at Olise

Join our winemaker’s dinner at Olise on April 23rd, where we in collaboration with Cru Vin dedicates an evening to the talented winemaker, Dave Fletcher.


Dave Fletcher was born in Australia, but his love for Nebbiolo drew him to Piemonte in 2007. He first worked as a winemaker at the renowned winery, Ceretto, but since 2014 he’s been producing Barbaresco in his own name. His approach combines respect for traditional methods with a modern understanding, resulting in some beautifully balanced wines.


At the dinner you’ll get the opportunity to meet the Australian winemaker and taste one white wine and six red wines, served alongside five carefully curated courses from Olise.

Green asparagus with sauce gribiche

Paired with 2024 Langhe Nebbiolo


Braised peppers, red wine bagna cauda, and basil

Paired with 2023 Barbaresco ‘Recta Pete’


Gnocchi with salsiccia ragu, green peas, and summer truffle

Paired with 2023 Barbaresco ‘Ronchi’ and 2022 Barbaresco ‘Ronchi’


Ribeye with red wine sauce and pommes dauphinoise

Paired with 2023 Barbaresco ‘Faset’ and ‘2023 Langhe Nebbiolo ‘Trepunti’
