Goop, the American actress Gwyneth Paltrow's lifestyle magazine, recently visited Copenhagen. The result is a thorough guide to our fair Capital. Focus is on our architecture, culture, Nordic Design and not least the great meal.

The guide recommends Cofoco's Nordic restaurant Host as a must-eat:

“Höst has the most atmospherically beautiful dining room in Copenhagen,” Goope writes in their review, where they describe the food as some of the very best in the city.

But it is one dish in particular that won Paltrow's globetrotting heart:

“The birch bark ice-cream is next level,” it says.
