Høst is described as a love child of Denmark's forests and fjords located in a lively neighborhood that makes way for a botanist's dream of green surroundings and reclaimed wood wrapped in natural light. It is a raw and modern interpretation of the rustic world which is also reflected in the menu.

In November 2019, The World's 50 Best launched their new platform, 50 Best Discovery, which consists of thousands of restaurants and bars across the globe. Each place is geo-labeled and comes with a short review to give guests a taste of the experience that awaits them.
