In Cofoco we love to have fish on the menu. It tastes good and is generally a more climate-friendly choice than meat. We get all our seafood from Fiskerikajen who works for more sustainable fishing. Our partnership with Fiskerikajen means we can serve fresh, high-quality fish caught with respect for the sea in all Cofoco restaurants, which we are very happy about.
