Eater names Jah Izakaya as one of the best places to eat in Copenhagen

American foodie website Eater places Jah Izakaya on the list of Coepnhagen's 38 best restaurants. We can only say ‘domo arigato’!

A weekend is no longer enough if you want to taste all the best foods of Copenhagen, American online foodie bible Eater writes. Eater recently published an updated list of the 38 best places to eat in the Danish capital—with everything from hot dogs to Michelin stars. And our very own Jah Izakaya got a spot on the exclusive Hitlist.

“It’s always a good time at Jah, the newish Japanese restaurant right in the middle of the city’s party district," Eater writes and recommends the wide selection of sakes as well as the small dishes such as gyoza and karaage.

Eater also loves the mood at the small restaurant—the red lamps and the sound of the records on the old-school turntable adds plenty of atmosphere!
