A dish for you: Head chef recommends...

Nuggets is a well.discussed dish. It's something that people automatically links to fastfood restaurants and something made up of discarded meat. Others look at it with love and are able to elevate it to new standards, where you can't not love it. That's what's happening at Restaurant Cofoco. 

Here it isn't made of chicken, but rather cockerel. The juice pieces of bird are dipped in homemade batter, and fried just enough to be perfectly crispy, easy to break off into perfectly sized bites with the meat sprinkling with good taste.
