Llama celebrated her 4th birthday with the world's best South American chef behind the wheel

On Thursday April 5th, Llama celebrated its 4th birthday and had for the occasion invited head chef Mitsuharu "Micha" Tsumura and his team from the award winning Peruvian restaurant Maido to do an impressive one night only pop-up dinner. Maido was recently named the World's Best Latin American Restaurant by the esteemed website The World's 50 Best where it is also ranked 8th on their World's Best Restaurants List.

For Lama's 4th birthday, the Latin American-inspired restaurant was excited to welcome one of the greatest international gastronomic stars of today. Chef Micha Tsumura and his Maido team cooked up a feast with Llamas own head chef Andrew Valenzuela and the Llama team. Together, they presented a unique eight course experience of Peruvian Nikke cuisine. The restaurant was full of excited guests who got to experience the innovative Latin American fusion kitchen at its absolute best!

Chef Micha cheerfully chatted while serving guests his mouthwatering dishes, making the experience complete with his personal touch.
