New menu at Høst
Winter is upon us; the temperature is dropping and the days are becoming darker and colder. At Høst the seasonal change offers ingredients as mushrooms, truffle and kale.
On the new seasonal menu you will find dishes such as salted cod with dill and horse radish, cauliflower with truffle and juniper, fried chicken with gooseberries and smoked sauce and last but not least pear with caramel and white chocolate. All composed of great, Nordic ingredients and filled with flavour and texture.
Høst offers the menu in an original as well as a vegetarian version. Both menues can be enjoyed as either a 3 or a 5 course meal, and paired with a wine menu.
