New temptations at Restaurant Cofoco

Sun above Denmark and the beginning of summer are celebrated with a new menu at Restaurant Cofoco. Experience starter dishes like a tuna tartar with green asparagus, puffed wild rice, miso mayo and ponzu. A fresh and light starter with both bite and taste. You can also try the restaurant's Nordic version of wontons from the Asian cuisine. Steamed and filled with fresh goat cheese and spinach in pea juice and ramson oil.

In the new flat iron steak, you’ll be able to taste even more of good Danish ingredients in play with a mix of new potatoes and parsley, spring cabbage and pea sprouts with salted lemon sauce.

And don't miss out on the desserts like verbena ice cream with strawberries, vanilla crumble, herb chocolate and yuzu cold buttermilk, which can evoke the best summer memories.
