World's Best Latin American celebrates Llama...

Llama turns 4, and what better way to celebrate 4 years of latin happiness, than inviting the World's best latin restaurant, according to World's 50 Best, Maido, to come host a pop up and cater to all of us. 

Maido and head chef Mitsuharu "Micha" Tsumura has more than anyone introduced the Japanese/Peruvian fusion kitchen Nikkei to the world, and has been a force in driving and increasing awareness around the gems of the Peruvian kitchen the past years. Maido was one of the great inspirations when cooking up Llama, when we introduced the Latin cuisine to Copenhagen, and continues to be a place we look to for inspiration.

This is why we with great pleasure can bid a warm Copenhagen welcome to Maido, and celebrate our 4th year with you all. Maido has been named the best Latin restaurant in the world, according to the renowned and acclaimed list, 50 Best Restaurants in 2017. Maido was additionally also named nr. 8 overall on the same list. A place not to mess with. 

Maido has created a special custom menu for Llama, consisting of 8 serves, and head chef Mischa Tsumura and his team, will toghether with Llama chef Andrew Valenzuela and Llama crew, make sure that we all have the most unique Peruvian Nikkei experience ever.
