New shellfish and duroc-pork at Oysters & Grill

New dishes have made their way to the menu at Oysters & Grill - and they include both shellfish and meat. 

Starting with the shellfish, Oysters & Grill now serve wild argentinien shrimps. Different kinds of mussels have always been on the menu, from blue mussels to razor clams, but they will now be accompagnied by vongole mussels. The fresh vongole mussels are steamed with white wine, parsley, garlic and chili. Last but not least, the menu now also includes big norwegian scallops. The scallops are raw and served with a fresh and crisp tomato salsa. 

Looking at the different meat dishes on the menu, Oysters & Grill are happy to welcome a new piece of meat. Tender t-bone steak of Duroc-pork. It is cooked slighty pink - so the pork remains juicy and tastful.
