New menu at Høst

This week, Høst premiered its new menu, and it is to die for!

The new dish salted scallops with green asparagus, butter milk and horseradish tastes like a trip to the ocean on a spring day - in the best way possible! The seared Norwegian lobster with sour dough pancake and lemon balm literally sets fire to the table, and if you are a meat lover, you can look forward to a deliciously sticky plate of pork knuckle with cabbage shoots, lemon verbena and salted yogurt that will met in your mouth.
